Recently, a new 1000 t/h mechanical sand production line designed, supplied and installed by our company will be put into operation.

The project is located in Anhui Province, with an annual output of 4 million tons of mechanical sand production line. Before the design scheme, we need to consider not only the nature of raw materials, capacity requirements and site selection, but also the initial cost. Luoyang Dahua designed a dry processing production line according to the customer's site situation, which can not only meet the customer's demand for sand production, but also save the investment cost.

The main equipment: jaw crusher, single cylinder cone crusher, multi cylinder cone crusher, VSI sand making machine, vibrating screen, and dust remover.
