Detailed Equipment Selection and Process of 1000 Ton Limestone Production Line

The main component of limestone is calcium carbonate (CaCO3), which is quite widely distributed, especially in northern China and southeastern China. Lime and limestone are widely used in building materials, industrial construction projects, foundations, facades, piers, steps and pavements, and can also be used as concrete aggregates. Limestone can be directly processed into stones and fired into quicklime. Limestone aggregate production lines are very common, with output ranging from hundreds to thousands. This article uses a production line of 1000t / h as an example to describe its equipment selection and process flow.
Selection of main equipment
The sand and stone aggregate production line can be simply summarized as crushing, sieve washing, muddy wastewater treatment and sand and stone aggregate storage. Considering production and rock characteristics, the main equipment is as follows:
1. Choose rough equipment
The coarse crushing equipment used for aggregate production is generally a jaw crusher. According to the production capacity requirements (crude crushing greater than 1200t / h), the characteristics of the raw material containing more soil and the market demand for aggregate products, the jaw crusher (1 C-1815) is selected for the crude crushing equipment.
2. The choice of fine crushing equipment
Medium and fine crushing equipment generally has cone crushers and impact crushers to choose from. The cone crusher is mainly suitable for crushing rock with high hardness and high abrasion index, and the product has less powder. The impact crusher is mainly suitable for crushing rocks with medium or low abrasiveness index, and the product has more powdery materials. Here, the impact crusher (3 PFQ-152) is used.
3. Fine crushing and shaping equipment selection
Fine crushing and shaping equipment is mainly sand making machine. Sand making machine is mainly divided into vertical impact crusher, composite crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher. Vertical impact crusher (2 PLS-1200) is selected here.
4. Selection of screening and washing equipment
Stone screening equipment generally adopts linear vibrating screen or circular vibrating screen. The linear vibrating screen has a small processing capacity, and is suitable for small particle size screening and small production. It can be used for water filtration of water-containing materials. The circular vibrating screen has high screening efficiency and large processing capacity, and is suitable for large-size screening and large-scale production. When the pressure water spray system is configured on the circular screening equipment, it can be used as a stone washing device. With the help of hydraulic washing, the stones roll and vibrate on the screen surface, and it is easier to wash away the fine mud adhered on the surface. For 0 ~ 4.75mm products, the mud powder and stone powder can generally be selected from the spiral sand washing machine or bucket wheel sand washing machine to obtain machine sand after washing. Here, a linear vibrating screen is selected for the filtering water vibrating screen, and a circular vibrating screen is used for the rest. 0 ~ 4.75mm products use a spiral sand washing machine as the sand washing equipment.
5. Selection of wastewater and mud treatment equipment
The muddy waste water after washing the sand and gravel aggregate needs to be treated to achieve zero discharge of waste water from the production line. After the investigation of waste water treatment equipment and usage, the production line chooses the system composed of cyclone, concentrator and filter press to treat waste water and mud, avoiding the disadvantages of large area and difficult cleaning caused by mud waste water being discharged directly into the sedimentation tank before.
Process design
1. Take out the material from the raw material warehouse and feed it into the jaw crusher (model C1815) evenly through the feeder (ZSW600 × 210). The semi-finished material crushed by the jaw crusher is sent to the impact crusher through the belt conveyor. Machine (model PFQ1520) for secondary crushing;
2. The mixed aggregate obtained after the secondary crushing is sent to the sieving workshop for classification and screening, and the large particle materials are sent to the fine crushing impact crusher and then crushed, and then sieved to obtain different grades of granular products. Send to the finished product warehouse.
3. If the finished sand requires water washing, a sand washing machine can also be configured for washing the finished sand. The rod feeder of this system also has a pre-screening function, which can separate the fine-grained materials in the raw material in advance and directly enter the subsequent crushing The equipment can also separate the dirt in the raw material as waste in advance.
Process characteristics: simple process, small area, large crushing ratio of system equipment, high production efficiency, high output of system finished products, high rate of sand formation, uniform distribution of finished products grain size, good grain type, to meet the requirements of various fields of the construction industry for the use of aggregate.
