1. Core crushing equipment

 

Jaw crusher: Processing large pieces of material (feed size ≤ 1300mm), JC jaw crusher is the preferred equipment for coarse crushing operations, the equipment is suitable for high-hardness or medium-hard materials, with superior performance and large crushing ratio.

 

Cone crusher: Designed for high-hardness materials (such as granite and basalt), GPY single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher supports medium and fine crushing and multi-cavity adjustment, HPY multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher supports fine crushing operations, cone crusher has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and uniform product particle size.

 

Impact crusher: suitable for medium and low hardness materials (such as limestone and bluestone). PFQ impact crusher has larger feed particle size and higher production capacity. The product particle size can be adjusted and controlled. The finished product is cubic, with fewer edges and corners, smooth surface and better particle shape.

 

Vertical shaft impact crusher: used for machine-made sand production (finished product ≤5mm). PLS vertical impact sand making machine can handle stones of various hardness, support stone shaping and sand making, and has excellent particle shape, uniform particle size and reasonable grading, which can meet the high-demand construction sand needs.

2. Auxiliary equipment

 

Feeding equipment: vibrating feeder (such as ZSW series), used to feed raw materials into the crusher evenly and continuously to ensure uniform feeding and avoid blockage.

 

Screening equipment: vibrating screen (such as YKR vibrating screen), used to screen the crushed materials to obtain finished stones of different specifications.

 

Conveying equipment: belt conveyor, used to convey the crushed materials to the next process to improve production efficiency.

 

Dust removal and noise reduction system: spray device, sealing cover, etc., to meet environmental protection requirements.

 

The 1,000tph artificial sand and aggregate production line needs to flexibly select equipment combinations according to material hardness and finished product specifications.
