On-site physical environment conditions

1. On-site climate and environmental conditions: annual average temperature, extreme weather conditions, altitude, whether there is sufficient water source, etc. Water cooling can be used in the south where there is sufficient water source, and air cooling is recommended in the arid areas in the north.

 

2. Equipment installation environment: If it is an indoor closed environment, water cooling needs to be added, or the air cooler is installed outdoors.

 

3. Information such as the source of the processed materials, the type of materials, and hardness.

 

On-site power supply conditions and electrical requirements

The user's on-site power supply capacity, voltage, and frequency. For high-power equipment, the on-site high-voltage power supply situation must also be considered.

Equipment selection basis

1. Equipment use process location factors. Cone crushers are generally used in the second and third stages of the crushing process. The size of the materials processed by jaw crushers and gyratory crushers is basically limited, and there will not be too many oversized materials. If the cone crusher is used to directly process the raw stones on the user's site, the raw stones must be processed through a pre-screening process to remove the oversized stones in the raw materials.

HPY multi-cylinder cone crusher has a fixed-axis design structure and greater crushing force, which makes it truly high-performance, with better product particle size and shape, automatic control and intelligent detection, but the structure is more complex than the single-bar cone, and the maintenance requirements are more stringent.
