1. Composition of granite crushing and screening plant
The granite crushing and screening production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, vertical impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electronic control system, etc. Different equipment has different functions in the production line, and the crushing and screening of granite are achieved through collaborative work.
2. Workflow of granite crushing and screening plant
High-hardness material crushing process: Large pieces of granite are sent into the silo by a forklift, and are evenly sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing through the vibrating feeder at the bottom of the silo. The coarsely crushed stone is sent to the cone crusher by a belt conveyor for fine crushing, and the finely crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for screening. The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for re-crushing. The stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the vertical impact crusher by the belt conveyor for shaping. The shaped stones are sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening. The stones of different particle sizes are screened out and sent to the finished material pile by the belt conveyor.
Low hardness material crushing process: The coarse crushing still uses the jaw crusher, and the secondary fine crushing only uses the impact crusher. There is no need to equip the vertical impact crusher for shaping.
3. Configuration plan of granite crushing and screening plant
Coarse crushing stage
Jaw crusher : As the core equipment for primary crushing, it handles large granite raw materials below 750mm. It has the characteristics of stable structure and large processing capacity. It is suitable for high hardness materials 38.
Medium and fine crushing stage
Cone crusher (single cylinder/multi-cylinder hydraulic type): In view of the high hardness characteristics of granite, the lamination crushing principle is adopted to control the discharge particle size at 30-50mm
Vertical shaft impact sand making machine : multiple devices need to be connected in parallel (such as 4 devices for 200 tons per hour), with supporting screening and conveying systems, but the energy consumption and wear-resistant parts loss are high36.
Auxiliary equipment
Vibrating feeder: Ensure uniform feeding and continuous production34.
Multi-layer vibrating screen: Grading and screening of 0-5mm machine-made sand and 5-10mm, 10-20mm and other specifications of aggregate.
4. Features of granite crushing and screening production line
