1. Strictly check before starting

2. Start and stop according to the operating regulations

First, confirm that all parts of the equipment are in normal condition before starting. Secondly, when the equipment is started, it must run for 2 minutes with no load. Regularly add or replace lubricating oil. The temperature of the rotor bearing should not exceed 60 degrees normally, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 degrees. 4. Continuous and uniform feeding

Impact crusher needs to use a feeding device to ensure uniform and continuous feeding, and to make the material to be crushed evenly distributed on the entire length of the working part of the rotor, which can not only ensure the processing capacity of the machine, but also avoid material blockage. The size of the working gap can be observed by opening the inspection doors on both sides of the machine. When the gap is not suitable, the discharge gap can be adjusted by adjusting the device.

5. Do a good job of lubrication and maintenance

It is necessary to do a good job of lubricating the friction surfaces and friction points of the equipment in time. The use of lubricating oil should be selected according to the use location of the impact crusher, temperature and environment, etc. In general, calcium-based lubricating oil is used, and general-purpose lithium-based lubricating grease can be used in areas with poor environment. The equipment needs to be filled with lubricating oil every 8 hours of operation, and the lubricating oil should be replaced every three months.

6. Do a good job of sealing and ventilation and dust removal

Impact crusher mainly uses impact energy to crush materials during operation, so it will have a strong impact, and the dust generated is large, which is easy to affect the working environment. Therefore, the impact crusher must be tightly sealed and ventilated in time for dust removal.
