1. No-load start

To start the jaw crusher, it must be started with no load. After starting for a period of time, it can run normally before starting the mining equipment.

2. Check before startup

Before starting the machine, a comprehensive inspection of the equipment should be carried out (such as the wear of the crushing tooth plate, whether there is ore in the crushing cavity, etc.). If the machine makes an abnormal sound, it must be stopped immediately and the problem must be checked.

3. Reasonable selection of materials

When using the jaw crusher, it should be noted that the size of the ore should not exceed 85% of the size of the jaw crusher's feeding port, so as to avoid the blockage of the feeding port caused by too much ore and affect the normal operation of the machine.

4. Uniform feeding

During the operation of the jaw crusher, the ore feeding should be uniform, and the horizontal feeding or stacking of ore will overload the machine.

5. Running monitoring

Always pay attention to the running state of the machine, and solve any problems in time, so as not to affect the working efficiency of the jaw crusher.

6. Avoid overloading

Each type of equipment has a certain working load, and jaw crusher also has its rated working load when it is designed. Remember to let the jaw crusher run under high load, so as not to affect the service life of the machine.

7. Stop feeding before shutdown

Before stopping the jaw crusher, stop feeding first, and stop the jaw crusher after all the materials in the crushing cavity are discharged.

8. Proper lubrication

During the normal use of the equipment, check the equipment every shift and add an appropriate amount of grease to avoid equipment damage caused by lack of oil and operation.
