Waste slag is a large amount of waste materials that will be produced in the process of tunnel digging and roadbed digging. If these materials are directly discarded, they will affect the environment. Recycling and processing can effectively reuse resources. Under normal circumstances, the three-stage crushing process, namely coarse crushing and fine crushing, will be used to process gravel from cave slag. The required equipment is divided into a combination of jaw crusher + cone crusher / impact crusher + sand making machine according to the characteristics of the stone. 

1. Jaw crusher: large V crushing cavity, large feeding port, extrusion crushing principle, processing bulk materials, simple operation and more durable.

2. Impact crusher: It uses the blow hammer and the impact plate to repeatedly hit the material to complete the crushing operation. The finished particle has a good shape, is rectangular, without tension and cracks. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing operations of medium and low hardness materials such as limestone.

3. Cone crusher: crushing cavity, rolling mortar wall, high manganese steel lining plate and other wearing parts can provide greater crushing force, which is very suitable for processing granite, a high-hardness material, with the advantages of high efficiency and large capacity.

4. Sand making machine: The commonly used sand making machine is the impact shaft impact crusher, which has the characteristics of uniform discharge, good shape of finished particles and low comprehensive consumption.

The above is the main crushing production equipment. In addition to the main crushing equipment, auxiliary equipment such as vibrating feeder, vibrating screen and conveyor are also indispensable equipment in the sand making production line. The whole waste slag sand making  process is complete and reasonable, and the quality of the processed crushed stone is also quite good.
