Equipment Configuration of High Efficiency Granite Sand Production Line

Granite, basalt, quartz sandstone, silicon carbide, diabase, andesite are all hard rock, and the saturated uniaxial ultimate compressive strength is greater than 30MPa. In order to better realize the value of hard rock, it is often broken. For such rocks, coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing, and fine crushing are generally used to achieve the standard of use. This article takes granite as an example to analyze the equipment configuration of the granite sand production line.
Properties of granite
The granite structure is uniform, the texture is hard, and the color is beautiful. It is a high-quality building stone. Granite is not easy to weather, beautiful in color, and its appearance can be kept for more than 100 years. Due to its high hardness and wear resistance, it is used as a high-grade building decoration project, the floor of the hall, and the preferred material for open-air carving. Granite, as an important part of China's sand and gravel aggregate industry, is widely used in various fields due to its high hardness, durability and good plasticity.
Breaking process
Due to the hard texture, the granite production line configuration generally needs to go through three stages, namely coarse crushing of the jaw crusher (one break), medium-fine crushing of the cone crusher (two breaks) and sand making of the sand making machine (shaping).
The bulk granite material is evenly fed to the vibrating feeder through the silo, and then enters the jaw crusher for the first crushing. After the coarse crushed material is sieved according to the requirements by the vibrating screen, it is transported by the belt conveyor to the cone crushing. The machine performs the second fine crushing. After being finely crushed, the sieve is sieved by a circular vibrating sieve, and the larger granular material is returned to the cone to be broken again. The materials that meet the requirements enter the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If the materials need to be cleaned, they can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. Finally, the materials that meet the requirements are classified and packaged according to different particle size ranges.
Production line configuration
1. The jaw crusher is used in the first crushing process of the crushing line, and the large particle material with the compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa can be crushed to a size of 100 mm to 300 mm.
2. The impact crusher can generally process ore or rock below 500mm and compressive strength up to 350MPa. After crushing, the material is cubic particles. The impact crusher is generally used for the second crushing process of the crushing line, and can also be used as the first crushing process for the material with smaller feed. The cone crusher utilizes the principle of laminating and crushing to form a protective layer of material layer, which has the characteristics of reliable structure, high crushing efficiency, convenient adjustment and economical use. The feeding granularity is 13~369mm. Cone breaking is the same as breaking back. It is commonly used in the second crushing process of the crushing line. It can also be used as the first crushing process for materials with smaller feeding materials. However, the cone-cut feed size is generally less than the counter-breaking feed size.
3. The sand making machine is suitable for the crushing and shaping of soft, medium hard and extremely hard materials. Generally, it is the last process of the crushing sand production line, and the feeding granularity is 35~60mm.
In addition to the main crushing equipment, some auxiliary equipment such as vibrating screens, feeders and conveyors are required to complete the configuration and work of this line.

The equipment configuration of the production line is mainly determined by the user's specifications for the stone and the use of the stone and the stone. According to the production site, the crushing equipment has different models, and the different models correspond to different production capacities, feed sizes and discharge sizes.
