If you want to prolong the service life of impact crusher and reduce the using cost, the most important thing is to feed the material properly so that the material is evenly distributed throughout the rotor.

The feeding system must have sufficient capacity to ensure that the impact crusher can always accept enough material.

Install a metal detector at the front of impact crusher to prevent the metal mixing into the raw materials.

The feeder must be equipped with a manual switch to control the feeding materials. 

Excessive feeding will cause the impact crusher wear, change the finished priducts size, and overload the motor and drive system. 

The improper feeding may result in:

The bearing increase load;

Reduce the production capacity;

Uneven or excessive wear;

Low output;

Damage the finished product shape.
