1. Attentions during using process

The materials that fed into the crusher must conform to the crushing requirement in the process of cone crusher operation. The materials with excessive hardness, higher moisture or other non-crushed materials are prohibited to feed into the crusher, otherwise, they will cause the liner plate fall off, the machine failure. At the same time, the materials must be evenly distributed. The ore must be in the middle of distribution plate, and the materials cannot directly contact with the liner plate to prevent the liner plate from wearing out. 

2. Attentions in liner plate replacement

When replacing the cone crusher liner plate, it is necessary to check the fixed cone, adjustment ring, locking thread, weight and the retaining plate. If the wear situation is serious, should replace the new one and then install the liner plate again. After installation, should check whether the liner plate is in the center, otherwise, it is easy to be stroke during operation process to cause bad abrasion. 

3. Attentions in choosing materials 

At present, the cone crusher liner plate is made of high manganese steel. With the development of science and technology, the performance of wearing materials is improving continuously. On the whole, it's better to choose the materials with hard and wearable surface which can be hardened under impacting load; meanwhile, the materials can retain the inner original toughness.
