In this text, Luoyang Dahau will tell you the installation requirements of vibrating feeder.

1. In order to feed materials smoothly and prevent the materials flowing out, the vibrating feeder should be installed horizontally. If continuously feed the normal materials, should be declined 10°, for the viscidity materials or the materials contained larger water, the feeder can be declined 15°.

2. After installation, the vibrating feeder should have 20mm free clearance and be leveled horizontally, and the suspension device is connected flexibly.

3. Fasten all bolts before test, especially the anchor bolt of motor, retightened it after running 3-5 hours.

4. During commissioning, the two motors should be contra rotate to check the current and noise. If found the problems, stop the machine immediately.

5. Feed lubrication oil into the bearing every two month, in high-temperature season, should feed the oil once a month.
