I. Sand production line process analysis

1. Feeding

The large pieces of stone are fed to a vibrating feeder by a dump truck.

2. Coarse and fine crushing

The vibrating feeder sends the stone into the coarse crushing equipment evenly, the stone is crushed in the first stage, and then the stone from the coarse crushing equipment is conveyed to the fine crushing equipment through the belt conveyor for the secondary stone crushing.

3. Sand screening

The crushed material is transported to the sand making machine by the belt conveyor for fine crushing, and the fine crushing material is screened by the circular vibrating screen to get coarse sand, medium sand and fine sand, etc.

4. Sand washing and recycling

For sand with strict requirements on powder content, a sand washing machine can be added behind the fine sand making machine. The sewage discharged by the sand washing machine can be recycled by the fine sand recovery machine, which can reduce environmental pollution on the one hand and improve the production of sand on the other hand.

1. Material: quartz stone

Mohs hardness: grade 5-6

Density: 2.64 g/cm3 to 2.71 g/cm3

2. Material: pebbles
