First, if you find the impact crusher vibration abnormal:

1. The material is too large, you can check the feed size.

2. The uneven wear indicates that the counter hammer needs to be replaced.

3. The rotor is imbalanced, and needs to be adjusted.

4. If the foundation is not properly handled, check the anchor bolts and reinforce them.

Second, if you find the impact crusher bearing heat:

1. It indicates that the bearing is lack of oil, which needs to refuel in time. Of course, too much refueling will make the bearing heating, refueling must check the oil level.

2. Bearing damage, replace the bearings in time.

3. The upper cover is too tight, adjust the bolts properly. 

Third, If the impact crusher is found grain size to be too large:

1. The hammer head is worn and need to idle or change the hammer.

2.The gap between the hammerhead and the counterattack board is too large, generally adjusted to 15-20mm.

3.Too large feed particle size will affect the size of the material.

Fourth, if impact crusher belt is turnover:

1. The belt is worn, need to replace the triangle belt.

2. The pulley should be adjusted on the same plane due to the problem of belt transmission and assembly.

3. Pay attention to the quality of the triangle belt.
