First, carefully check whether the main components of the crusher are in good condition. Whether the fastening bolts and other connectors are loose or not, and whether the belt cover is complete, check carefully whether the transmission belt is in good condition. If any unsafe phenomenon is found, it should be replaced in time. When there is oil on the belt or belt pulley, wipe the oil with a rag.

Second, Check auxiliary equipment. If the mining machine, belt conveyor, electrical equipment and signal equipment are intact.  

Third, Lubrication. For large and medium jaw crusher, the amount of oil in the oil tank should be checked before starting and added the oil if necessary. Carefully check that there is enough grease on the thrust plate connection. Carefully check whether the connection of the thrust plate has enough grease. For the jaw crusher with cooling water device in the eccentric bearing and other lubricating parts, the circulating cooling water valve should be opened in advance.

Fourth, check whether there are materials inside the crushing chamber. If there is a large amount of ore or debris in the crushing chamber, it must be cleaned up to ensure that the crusher starts without load.
