Therefore, the cone crusher is used as a fine crusher for mining, and the crushing particle size is not fine enough, which has a certain influence on the dry separation of lean ore in China. However, the stability of the cone crusher makes it widely used in secondary crushing in mines.
4. High efficiency fine crusher
The principle and recommendations of the high-efficiency fine crusher are the same. They all use the hammer to strike the material for the crushing operation. "However, the structure of the high-efficiency fine crusher has been greatly improved. The hammer head adopts a combined structure, which is convenient for replacing the hammer head, and the bottom sieve plate adopts a cast structure, so that the sieve plate has a certain wear function. The overall structure is more strengthened, and the production capacity is enhanced. With a great improvement, the single machine production capacity is less than 100T/H, which can stabilize the fine crushing production. When the single machine production capacity exceeds 100 T/H, some problems of hammer crushing will gradually appear. For example: blockage problem, wear problem or replace the wear parts with too much work.
5. Vertical impact crusher
The vertical impact crusher is the representative equipment for sand making. Ultra-fine crusher is a wide-ranging fine-grain crusher with good fine crushing effect on various high hardness, high wear and high viscosity materials. The vertical impact crusher not only greatly reduces the wear cost, is easy to maintain and maintain, but also makes it easy to achieve millimeter-scale fine crushing. However, the vertical impact crusher has a small particle size, so that materials below 50mm can enter the vertical impact crusher for fine crushing operation, which limits the application range to a certain extent. If the crushing line can be optimized, the vertical impact crusher can achieve economical production efficiency.
