The position of sand making machine in the market can be said to be quite stable. There are many kinds of sand making machines, but the work flow of sand making machines is basically the same. That is, the material is fed into the crusher from the hopper, and the material is divided into two parts by the divider. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller in the middle of the distributor, and is rapidly accelerated in the impeller, its acceleration up to hundreds of times of gravity, and then eject out at a speed of 60-70 m/s from the impeller in three evenly distributed runners. Firstly, it is crushed by impact with a part of materials falling from the surrounding material distributor, and then it impacts on the material lining layer in the vortex cavity together, bounces off by the material lining layer, impacts obliquely upward to the top of the vortex cavity, and changes its movement direction, deflections downward, and forms a continuous material curtain from the impeller runner. Such a piece of material is subjected to two or more probability of impacting, friction and grinding in the vortex crushing chamber. The broken material is discharged from the lower discharge port.
The crusher is very different from sand making machine. Crusher is commonly used in the complex and large crushing work site. When the crusher works, the lump ore falls into the upper crushing chamber by the hopper on the upper shaking plate. With the help of centrifugal force from the shaking plate, the material is thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder body, and violently collides with the impact plate installed on the inner wall. At the same time, the material collides with each other, causing it to break or produce a large number of hair cracks. After the material enters the conical rotor cavity, it falls in a spiral shape in the conical space. After pressing and extrusion, the ore with existing cracks is further broken. When the material is hit in the cavity, the high-speed running block collides with the impact plate again, and the material flow collides with each other, so that the material is crushed by the impacting, striking, shearing and extrusion surface, so as to improve the crushing efficiency.
